Clinical psychology that meets you where you are.
For adolescents (16+) and adults navigating life's harder moments — including trauma, anxiety, OCD and tic disorders — with a Clinical Psychologist who believes you deserve to truly live well, not just get by.
Sydney-based, with flexible options to suit you.

Welcome to Well Beings
I'm Priscilla — a Sydney-based Clinical Psychologist working with older adolescents (16+) and adults.
Reaching out for support doesn't always feel easy. But what you're already going through isn't easy either.
You don't need to have it all figured out before your first session. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're looking for a different perspective, I work best with people who are willing to show up honestly and open to learning something new about themselves — even when that's uncomfortable.
I work with a range of presentations, with a particular interest in trauma, anxiety, relationship and attachment patterns, and conditions that are often misunderstood or carried privately, such as OCD, tic disorders, and body-focused repetitive behaviours.
I offer a brief phone chat so you can get a sense of me and how I work. No pressure, just a conversation to help you decide if we're the right fit.
Qualifications
- Master of Clinical Psychology — UTS

Many people start therapy because something doesn't feel sustainable — even if they can't point to one single “big” issue.
You might be here because you're
Wanting more fulfilling relationships but feeling stuck in the same relationship patterns — people-pleasing, difficulty with boundaries, conflict, or avoidance
Carrying the impact of trauma (single-event or complex/childhood experiences) that continue to show up in daily life — trouble sleeping, feeling on edge, angry, numb, or finding it hard to feel safe or close to others
Experiencing OCD, intrusive thoughts, tics, or body-focused repetitive behaviours (e.g., hair pulling) that get in the way of daily life
Feeling stuck or overwhelmed — overthinking and second-guessing yourself, tired of holding it all together, and feeling disconnected from who you are or the life you want to live

How therapy can help
Tailored, evidence-based therapy that is built on honest conversations, collaboration, and respect for your experiences.

CBT & Schema Therapy
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Trauma-Focused CBT can help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are linked—and where unhelpful patterns may be keeping you stuck.
Schema Therapy supports deeper work — understanding the roots of how you relate to yourself and others, and shifting long-standing patterns that get in the way of connection.
Together, we can build practical skills to manage your current concerns, and where relevant, gently work through the impact of difficult experiences at a pace that feels safe.

Specialised support for OCD, tics and repetitive behaviours
ERP for OCD helps you face triggers gradually while reducing compulsions and reassurance-seeking, so OCD has less control over time.
CBIT (for tics) builds strategies to manage urges and reduce tics, including identifying triggers.
ComB (for repetitive behaviours like hair pulling/skin picking) maps what drives the behaviour and builds practical strategies to interrupt the cycle.

DBT
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) helps you navigate big emotions and reduce behaviours that can intensify conflict or disconnection.
You learn practical skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and communication — so you can respond more calmly, feel more in control, and strengthen your relationships.

ACT
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you make room for difficult thoughts and feelings without getting pulled into them.
Together, we clarify what matters to you and build practical skills to take values-based steps — even when things feel hard — so you can show up more fully in your life and relationships.
Professional support is available when you're ready
